When lighting the candle for the first time, we recommend allowing the candle to burn for 3 hrs before extinguising. This will keep the candle from tunneling down the middle.
Trim your wick to 1/4" before every burn. If you do not keep the wicks trimmed, problems can occur. All candle wicks can "mushroom" at the top, causing excessive flickering and/or smoke. Keeping your wicks trimmed keeps this to a minumum and also makes your candle last longer.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of your product unfortunately used candles cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason and the product has not been used, you may return the unused product in it's original box for a full refund. All returns must be post marked within 7 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the return label fee.
