When lighting the candle for the first time, we recommend allowing the candle to burn for 3 hrs before extinguising. This will keep the candle from tunneling down the middle.
Trim your wick to 1/4" before every burn. If you do not keep the wicks trimmed, problems can occur. All candle wicks can "mushroom" at the top, causing excessive flickering and/or smoke. Keeping your wicks trimmed keeps this to a minumum and also makes your candle last longer.

However, if you are not completly satisfied with your product for any reason and the product has not been used, you may return the unused product in it's original box for a full refund.
